ORDERING INFORMATION
Orders may be placed with Spectronic Analytical Instruments by phone, post, fax or E-mail.
Please provide us with a contact name, ship to and invoice addresses, telephone number, product catalogue number, description, quantity and price.
TERMS
All prices given are Ex-works Garforth. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment terms are Nett 30 days from date of invoice.
Title of goods rests with Spectronic Analytical Instruments until all payments are received and cleared.
New accounts - please provide us with 2 trade references and we will be happy to establish an account for you. We reserve the right to discontinue credit due to slow payment.
VAT will be charged on all UK invoices with the exception of orders supplied with exemption certificates.
SMALL ORDER CHARGE
An administrative charge will be made on orders of low value, which may vary from time to time at our discretion.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted with prior authorisation only. A minimum 15% restocking charge is applied for products returned due to customer error.
WARRANTY
All products supplied by Spectronic Analytical Instruments are warranted for freedom from defects in material and workmanship. We will replace or repair any materials which are defective at no charge. Please contact our offices for prior authorisation and to inform us of the nature of the defect.
Spectronic Analytical Instruments are not responsible for damage to its products through improper installation, use or maintenance or attempts to operate them beyond their mechanical or electrical capacity or for unauthorised repair. Our liability is confined to reimbursement of the cost of the product and does not extend to any indirect, incidental or consequential damage due to failure or malfunction.
