  • Test-tube V-type holder (100mm or 120mm)
  • Adjustable micro-cell holder
  • 4-cell holder for 5-50mm cells
  • 4-cell holder for 100mm cells
  • Thermostatted single cell holder (requires water bath)
  • 100mm cylindrical cell holder
  • Automatic 8-position linear cell changer (M501)
  • Thermostatted auto 8-cell changer (M501) (requires water bath)
  • Automatic 6-position carousel cell changer (M550)
  • Sipper, processor controlled (requires flowcell)
  • Peltier system for 10mm cells, 15-40C
  • Peltier/Sipper system combined
  • Cell Stirrer for 10mm cells
  • Specular reflectance accessory (5º incident angle)
  • Integrating sphere for diffuse transmittance and reflectance (M550)
  • Calibration standards for wavelength, absorbance, stray light
  • Test-tubes, cuvettes, flowcells, disposable cells
  • Pharmacopoeia compliance certificated test set (UKAS accredited)

  • PC Download software

(Part No: 501-109 for M501, Part No: 550-119 for M550)

Allows results data to be transferred to a PC.
Graphs of Abs/%T against time and against wavelength may then be displayed on the PC.
The results data can then be directly transferred to Excel for further processing.
The package comprises disk, PC cable and instructions.

  • PC Application software Package

(Part No: 501-110 for M501, Part No: 550-120 for M550)

Enables all the comprehensive on-board facilities to be available in a user friendly PC Windows format. In addition, multiple spectra can be displayed on the PC screen in different colours for comparison. Derivative and spectral addition, subtraction, multiplication and division are also available. Automatic measurement of up to 8 cells can be performed when the automatic 8-cell changer is present. Titles, user name, sample names and notes can be added to give a comprehensive report when the results are printed out. Results files can be downloaded from the M501 or M550 and all files can be easily transferred to Excel. The package comprises disk, PC cable and instructions.

  • Parallel Kinetics software Package

(Part No: 501-112 for M501 fitted with Automatic 8-Cell Changer)

Windows™ based software package for monitoring the progress of enzyme reactions in up to 7 samples and a reference. All the reactions are displayed on the PC screen and the linear part of each curve may be selected for calculating the enzyme concentration. This is at fixed wavelength and uses the Automatic 8-Cell Changer in the M501.

  • Repeat Scans software Package

(Part No: 501-113 for M501, Part No: 550-123 for M550)

Windows™ based software package for monitoring the progress of a chemical reaction by repeating scans at a precise time interval. All the scans are displayed on the PC screen and the reaction data at a single wavelength may be selected.
